Moai is the Japanese term for a community and a support group! We love this because it perfectly represents what we're trying to accomplish by creating a tribe of self-improvers that all support one another via our social media platforms! MOAI is pronounced Mo'I, Mo'eye, MO’

MOAIAN is a term we use quite often around here! It's the name we coined for each member of our MOAI family! When you join our family, you become a MOAIAN!

Orders are shipped in 1-5 days from order date! We're know you're excited to get your order and we'll process it for you just as quickly as we can!

All orders are shipped via USPS and are estimated to arrive within the US in 1-3 business days after shipment. This is an estimate provided by USPS an may vary slightly due to weather conditions. the most accurate arrival details can be viewed when you check your tracking number :)

International shipments can take between 4-15 days to arrive.

We do not have a flat fee for shipping as we don't want anyone to pay more than is absolutely necessary; so we got your back and only charge exactly what the postage is to ship your package! Once you enter your address at checkout, the system will calculate the exact postage and display it for you :) We also offer FREE
shipping for orders $30 or more that are within the Continental US. Whoot Whoot!

YES! We know that true MOAIANS are from all over the world so we offer international shipping to 190 countries worldwide! Once again, we do not charge a flat fee for shipping so the exact cost to ship your unique order will be displayed at check out!

Please note that the amount shown for shipping is only the postage and does not include customs duties or fees which may apply. Please check your country's policies and requirements for receiving shipments.

When you go to check out, you have two options when it comes to making your purchase.

Option 1.) you can checkout at a guest and once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email notifying you that we have received your order. Once we fulfill and ship your order you will receive another email which will include the tracking number. As a guest you will be able to track your order with the tracking number.

Option 2.) If you choose to create an account with us, you will still receive the same emails notifications but in addition you will also be able to log into your account and check the status of your order. Creating an account with us also gives you the opportunity to receive emails about our new released items and sales before they are up on the website.

Absolutely! When your order ships out you will be sent an email with the tracking number so you can keep tabs on it all the way to your doorstep!

We accept PayPal and all major credit cards including; Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover.

Customer Satisfaction is our priority! If you are not satisfied with your order or there is something wrong, you may return or exchange any unworn/unwashed apparel within 14 days of purchase.

We do not charge a restocking fee because that's just silly ;)

We DO ask that you contact a member of our team, about any issue you may have, to obtain a Return Authorization Code (RAC). No return is accepted without an RAC.

YES! All of our apparel is certified by WRAP (World-Wide Responsible Accredited Production)! This means that there is a code of conduct for all manufacturers that require social and ethical standards! Most importantly it prohibits all involuntary/child labor and ensures that fair compensation and wages are provided! :)

Finding the best fit is always key so we've created a sizing chart that you can find under each t-shirts description so you can find your perfect MOAIAN size :)

Our hats feature a snap back which means it's adjustable! One size fits most.

Our clothing is fitted so if you prefer a looser style, we recommend sizing up one.

All our apparel is designed to have a fitted yet comfortable feel! Our shirts are soft with just the right amount of stretch to fit nicely. See our sizing chart under each products description page to help you pick the best fit!

T-shirt Materials

Our men's tees are designed with a 60/40 blend (60% combed ringspun cotton 40% polyester), our women's are a tri-blend (50% polyester 25% combed ringspun cotton 25% rayon).

Hat Materials

Our hats are designed with 47% cotton 25% polyester 28% nylon.

We do recommend that all apparel be turned inside out for washing and drying. Wash in cold water and tumble dry on the lowest heat setting. Do not bleach or iron.
